Herrin High School’s Musical, “All Together Now!” is coming up! Leading up to the show, the Journalism Team will spotlight the seniors performing in the show.

Ashtyn Pierce is excited to perform in her senior musical. She’s performing “Gimme, Gimme” from Thoroughly, Modern Mille and the duet “Children Will Listen” from Into the Woods, with Alysah Charlet. She’s most excited to perform “You Can’t Stop the Beat.”

She’s been in Alice in Wonderland Jr. as Tweedledee, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown as Woodstock, and Don Quixote as the Queen of the Dryads. She auditioned because “I’ve done it all through high school and I love performing on stage.” Some dream roles of Ashtyn’s are Odette from the ballet Swan Lake, Victoria from Cats, and Diana Morales from A Chorus Line.

Performances will be at the Herrin Civic Center, on November 12th, 13th, and 14th. Ticket sales will be announced soon!
