Rumors of Taylor Swift dating Chiefs player Travis Kelce circulate amid new projects.
For weeks, the word on the street has been that Taylor Swift was in a relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Nobody was sure what to believe, but on Sunday, Sept. 24, when the Chiefs played the Chicago Bears, Swift was spotted in Kelce’s Family suite sitting with his mom.

The “Swifties” are definitely showing up. Since Sunday, Kelce’s jersey sales have spiked 400% because of Taylor’s appearance. He has also gained 383k followers on Instagram. Taylor Swift fans are very invested in this relationship. Kelce stated in a podcast, “My personal life is not so personal.”
There are also rumors that Kelce rented out a whole restaurant after the game. Some photos show Swift with her arm around him. They left the stadium together, riding off in Kelce’s convertible Chevelle.
It is a crazy time for Swift right now. She is on a two-month break from her 146-show tour “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour” which started on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, and is set to conclude on November 23, 2024, in Toronto, with a setlist of 44 songs spanning across 10 albums. Each show lasts about 3 hours.
On top of that, on October 13, 2023, The Eras Tour Film will be shown at theaters worldwide! It is going to be shown in over 4,000 theaters spanning over 100 countries. The film is set to make close to $100 million in its first weekend.
It is evident that many people have different opinions on this topic. Aubrey Rash (11), a Swiftie, says, “I’m happy she is moving forward from Joe. A relationship with someone outside of the entertainment industry could be a positive change for her. Time will tell if he’ll be an equal ex to Taylor Lautner. Doubtful, but still a possibility nonetheless.” While Jacksen Walker, a Chiefs fan, stated that, “I think Travis Kelce can do better than Taylor Swift, she sucks and he’s way more popular.”
I think it’s safe to say that a majority of Swifties are supportive of Taylor Swift’s relationship, but I wouldn’t say the same about most Travis Kelce fans.
